Refund policy
Our Policy
Due to the personal and intimate nature of fragrances, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered, except in cases of damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Discovery Kit
Discovery Kits cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Full-Size Fragrances
Our Full-size fragrances are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Unopened fragrances (all sales are final)
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Fragrance is a deeply personal experience. Scent interacts differently with each person's skin chemistry and what smells one way on paper may smell different when worn.
We encourage you to try our Discovery Kit first to find your perfect scent before committing to a full-size bottle.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We package each bottle with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
To report a damaged, defective or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: ajarparfums@gmail.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Attach a clear, unedited video of the parcel showing the product with the unopened seal intact along with visible damage.
- A brief description of the issue
We'll respond within 24-48 hours and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note claims raised after 48 hours or without the required video evidence will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective?
- Broken or leaking bottle upon arrival
- Missing or broken cap/spray mechanism
- Product visibly tampered with or contaminated
- Wrong product sent
What does NOT qualify:
- Minor variations in fragrance, colour or packaging that are inherent to the product.
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
- Claims raised beyond the 48-hour window or without the required unboxing video.
- Products that have been opened, used or had their seal tampered with (except as evidenced in the unboxing video).
Refund Process
Once we verify your claim for a damaged, defective or incorrect product:
- Replacement: We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
- Refund: If a replacement isn't available, we'll process a full refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund or replacement is processed.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective or incorrect products, we cover return shipping costs.
We'll provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup. You do not need to ship the return yourself - our courier will handle the entire process.
Packaging Requirement: Please ensure the entire box is packed and ready for return. If the original package had free goodies then please provide that as well otherwise the return will not be accepted.
For all other cases, products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you've received a damaged or defective product and would prefer a different fragrance instead of a replacement, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
